I’m pleased to send you some details about our 2012 W.P.F. European Championships. These Championships are being organised by W.P.F. Belgium Delegate, Fabio Giannotta. Tel 32 477 459 723
These championships are approved by the W.P.F. Executive World committee.
These Championships will be conducted under the W.P.F. rules and regulations.
For these Mr. Universe Championships , there are twelve (12) categories.
Mr. President or Secretary, your country is cordially invited to send a team of bodybuilders, to participate at these Championships and compete in the W.P.F. International Federation
It is requested that participing Federations should attempt to send a full team, containing one athlete for each category. All athletes will be national title holders.

OFFICIAL HOTEL
Contestants, Judge, Delegates, Executive Officials, will be hosted bed and Continental Breakfast for two nights, covering the June 2st and June 3nd 2012.
Four (4) or more competitors = two (2) delegates, Three (3) competitors or less = one (1) delegate
and one of your delegates must be a fully qualified, W.P.F. International Judge.

IMPORTANT NOTICES
Only the Organizing Committee is authorized to arrange hotel reservations, including accommodations before the Official Arrival Date, after the Official Departure Date and during the Championships, for all Official Participants (Athletes and Delegates), extra delegates, supporters, media and others.
Any judge, coach or trainer who is not an Official Participant will be responsible for all of his or her own expenses. If your National Federation wishes to bring a judge, coach or trainer, it is recommended that your Federation select this individual to be an Official Participant for your Federation; otherwise, these individuals will be responsible for all of their own expenses. The same rule applies for family members. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
AIRPORT
The official airports for arrivals Bruxelles National Airport These airports are used by all major airlines. The distance between Airport and the hotel Campanile is approximately 40 km.
TRANSPORTATION
The transportation from the airport to the official hotel on Saturday 2June, and from the hotel to the airport on Monday 4, June is 20.00 €. Per person.
PARADE OF NATIONS
All delegates are reminded that the dress code for the Parade of Nations is the official W.P.F.
uniform. The dress code for all athletes is posing attire. One delegate and one athlete must take
part in the Parade of Nations..
National Federation shall bring to the championships:
It is mandatory on National Federation to inform Mr Arturo Petrarca of their intention to partecipate in these championships. This can be done through a telephone call, fax or e-mail wpf@worldphysiquefederation.org to Mr. Petrarca informing him of your intention to participate. This will help him and the organise to make provisional arrangements for your team.
EARLY ARRIVALS/LATE DEPARTURES:
Any National Federations arriving before the official arrival date of 2 June 2012 and staying on after the official departure date of 4 June 2012 will be responsible for all their own expenses. They will also be responsible for their own transportation between the hotel and the airport.
If you would like to stay additional days before or after the Championships, please contact the Organizing Committee, who will be able to arrange a special rate
WPF REGISTRATION FEE
Each Official Delegate, including delegates without competitors must pay the WPF annual Registration Fee of € 200,00. This fee is payable to the WPF upon arrival at the Official Hotel in Delft. This fee will give the Delegate the possibility to be the only and exclusive WPF Delegate in his Nation. Each competitor must pay the fee of € 50,00.
ATHLETES WITHOUT DELEGATES
All Athletes competing at WPF Mr. Universe Championships must be Members in Good Standing of their National Federations. Any Athlete who arrives without a Delegate must pay Euro 100.00. for competition.
JUDGES
In order to assist the W.P.F. Judges Committee in their selection of judges for these
Championships, please forward your nomination for judges from your National Federation. Judges will be chosen by the W.P.F.
The names of those judges submitted in advance will receive priority consideration. All international judges must bring their International judge’s cards.
