I have pleasure in sending you details of our 2008 Mr/Mss Universe Physique Federation Championships.

These Championships are being organised by Mr. Armando Cutone W.P.F. World President and approved by the Executive World Committee

 

 These championships will be conducted under the W.P.F. rules and regulation. For these Mr/Mss Universe Championships there are thirteen categories, see copy enclosed of.

Mr. President or Secretary, your contry is cordially invited to send a team of bodybuilders, to participate in these championships and compete in the W.P.F. "Sport of Physique"  Two (2) delegates only, are permitted with a full team, and one of your delegates, must be qualified physique judges.

                             

 

It is requested, that where possible, participating Federations should attempt to send a full team, containing athletes for each category. Where that is not possible, all competitors willbe graciously welcomed.

 

All Contestants, Judges, Delegates, W.P.F. Executive Officials, will be hosted bed and Continental Breakfast for two nights, covering the 21 and 22 November 2008. The name of the hotel is Hotel Europe” Allee des Parcs 34280 La grande Motte France Tel. +33  4  67566260

For supporter who require Hotel accommodation or, Championship tickets, the National Federation must order directly from, W.P.F. World President Mr. Armando Cutone  Email:  Armando.cutone@libertysurf.fr .

For National Federation members, stying longer than the agreed term, or Supportes, the Hotel Tariff is  60.00 Euro per person, per night for Bed and Continental Breakfast.

There is an international airport in Montpellier. Ensure that you obtain the correct travelling times to and from Montpellier airport.

Please note the time of the start of the Athletes registration and weight-in preliminaries, and meeting,  please arrange your Federations travel itinerary, to enable you to arrive at the Hotel Mercure, on Friday the 21 November , on time.

Special Note: Because of the limited number of hours in which to carry out the Judging and the Public Display in one day, we have to vacate the venue by not later than 22.00 (10 pm) on Saturday 22 November 08 . Please ensure that your athletes arrive on time for the Judging and Public Display. Please co.operate with the organisers regarding this request.   

W.P,F. Physique Championships opening ceremony

The W.P.F. Opening Ceremony will take place as described in Statute 23 of the WPF Physique Manual Federation shall bring to the championships:

1) Their National Flag, approximately two (2) metres by one (1) metre, plus a suitable flag pole approximately two (2) metres long.

2) A taped recording of thei National Anthem, would to the the correct starting position.

Participation in the WPF 2008 Championships

It is Mandatory on National Federationto inform Mr. Cutone of their intentions to partecipate in these Championships. This can be done through a telephone call or fax or E-mail  informing him of your intention to partecipate.
