W.P. F. ORGANISERS

1. NATIONAL FEDERATION

1.1. A national federation shall first agree at national Congress that it wish to request the authorisation to organise a specific W.P.F. Championship.
1.2. W.P.F. Executive Committee can accept applications from prospective organisers of W.P.F. Championship up to and not less one month before the annual W.P.F. Congress. The applications must arrive to the office of the Administrator.
1.3. A national federation shall apply in writing to W.P.F. Administrator c/o W.P.F. headquarter for a copy of the Official Championship Organising Application Forms.
1.4. The organisation of a W.P.F. championship cannot start until an application has been approved and awarded to an organiser at W.P.F. Congress and the Official Organisers Authorisation Certificate issued.

2. W.P.F. AUTHORISATION STIPULATIONS

2.1. National federation organisers shall provide the following services:
• Three nights accommodation for athletes and two delegates per Country (only one delegate for Countries that brings less than four athletes);
• Accommodation for the Executive Committee;
• A registration room;
• A meeting room;
• Sport building with 2000 seats;
• 25m. x 8m. stages;
• Stage decorations;
• A big W.P.F. emblem on the stage;
• Music and lights;
• Trophies for 13 categories from the first to the sixth place;
• Trophies for delegates and judges;
• Advertisement, posters and articles for world sport magazines;
• A bus service from the airport to the hotel and return;
• A banquet for delegates, judges and athletes;
• Security service;
• Medical service;
• An area (2m. x 2m.) appointed to the sale of W.P.F. gadgets (dress, posters, brochures…).
