W.P.F. JUDGES ADJUDICATION

1. W.P.F. ADJUDICATION COMMITTEE

1.1. W.P.F. Adjudication Committee is composed of a Chairman , a Secretary, a Head Judge, a Chief Marshall and three more members under the supervision of the President.
1.2. All Adjudication Committee members must be fully qualified W.P.F. judges.
1.3. The W.P.F. Judges President is responsible for the control of the entire adjudication. He is also responsible for the issuing and collecting of judges placement sheets.
1.4. The Panel Secretary is responsible for the compilation of all adjudication forms.
1.5. The Head Judge is responsible for the control of the phases of Adjudication for the entire Championship.
1.6. The Chief Marshall is responsible for the entire backstage activities. He prepares competitors on the stage for the adjudication when it is required by Judge President.

2. JUDGES

2.1. All judges must be members of a federation affiliated with W.P.F.
2.2. Every international judge must be holder of a judge card issued by the W.P.F. headquarter. The national federations shall appoint their own judges for local or national competitions. Special examination tests are available for this purpose. National judges shall be recommended by the national committee to the W.P.F. Judges Committee in order to be appointed as official international judges.
2.3. Judges must pay a fee of 50 dollars to the Treasurer before their judge cards and official badges can be delivered.
2.4. Judges proposed by their national federations at the congress preceding the championship shall be drawn by Judges Committee from a short list prepared by them at a private meeting apart from the congress.
2.5. Each Country may nominate only one judge for an international contest. The number of judges must be always odd.
2.6. Only W.P.F. Committee can change an international judge.

3. OFFICIAL JUDGES UNIFORM

3.1. All W.P.F. judges are obligated to wear the recommended official uniform when attending at all levels of championships.
3.2. W.P.F. uniform consists of a blazer jacket. It shall be dark or naval blue, in colour with the appropriate W.P.F. emblem neatly sewn on to the left breast pocket. The trousers (for men) or skirt (for women) shall be of a light grey colour; white shirt with W.P.F. official tie; shoes of plain black or brown colour. Hair, short or long, shall be neatly groomed.
