CONSTITUTION
1. TRADEMARK NAME
1.1. The trademark name is “World Physique Federation” referred to as the “W.P.F.” for short.
2. PURPOSE
2.1. The purpose of W.P.F. is to administer on the world wide basis the sport of body building for male and female athletes through competitions.
3. STRUCTURE
3.1. W.P.F. is an organisation composed of affiliated national federations.
3.2. Only one federation per Country can affiliate (see “Affiliation” for exceptions). The Countries are recognised by ONU.
4. HEADQUARTER
4.1. W.P.F. Headquarter is situated in: France-Italia
4.2. The Executive Committee can change the residence of W.P.F. official seat.
5. OFFICIAL LANGUAGE
5.1. W.P.F. official language is English.
6. AFFILIATION
6.1. A national federation who wants to affiliate with W.P.F. must provide an application and a copy of the Statute signed by the President and the Secretary. When one of these elements misses , the affiliation is not accepted.
6.2. The affiliation fee must bee paid within the 31st of May.
6.3. When a national federation has not paid the annual affiliation fee within the 31st of May for the current year, can not participate to meetings and championships. If the payment has not been done within the 31st of May of the year or reference, and the international federation has not received affiliation by a Country, the same can affiliate itself paying the double of fixed affiliation fee.
6.4. If two teams of the same Country request to affiliate, they both are invited to take part in a manifestation where the Executive Committee examine them and choice which of them has to affiliate.
6.5. If there’s request of affiliation by a Country where already exists an affiliated team, the Committee might invite the requesting team for a proof and decide which team has to affiliate.
6.6. The Executive Committee can accept, refuse, suspend or cancel the affiliation of a national federation.
6.7. The annual federation fee is 200.00 dollars.
6.8. A federation affiliated with W.P.F. can not affiliate with other international federations.
6.9. Newly affiliated federations can take part in the meetings but can not vote for a period of two years.
7. EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE
7.1. The Executive Committee is the main organism of W.P.F. International.
7.2. It is composed from the President, the Executive Vice President, the General Secretary, the European President and the Treasurer.
8. CONGRESS
8.1. The highest authority of W.P.F. International is the Congress. The annual Congress shall take place on the occurrence of World Championship. The Congress is composed from two years affiliated federations.
8.2. National federation who shall take part in the Congress must request the form to W.P.F. Headquarter two months before the meeting, enclosing the appropriate copying fee.
8.3. It’s mandatory the examination for approval of the annual reports by the President, Executive Vice President, Administrator and other members of the Executive Committee.
8.4. Only fully paid up national federations can send delegates to attend to the Congress and vote.
It’s mandatory:
8.5. Amendments or modifications to W.P.F. Constitution;
8.6. Affiliated national federations propositions.
8.7. Propositions for the Congress, nominations of candidates for the several posts of the Executive Committee i.e., must be sent to the office of the President by registered mail at least three months before the date of the quadrennial election Congress.
8.8. All modifications to Statutes or Rules approved by the members of the Congress are immediately operative. The Congress must obtain at least 75% of votes for approving an amendment.
8.9. The Executive Committee is elected for a period of four years. Retiring members can be re-elected.
8.10. When the President of W.P.F. is unable to attend to any function, the Executive Vice President will act in his place.
8.11. Affiliated federation must receive the Agenda of the Congress one month before the beginning of the Congress. Only questions on the Agenda will be discussed during the Congress.
9. W.P. F. PRESIDENT
9.1. The President controls meetings and Congress.
9.2. The President has not right to vote.
9.3. The President shall attend to World Championships.
9.4. During the various Championships, travelling and accommodation expenses incurred by the President shall be paid by the organising federation.
9.5. The President shall play the major role in opening and closing ceremonies of the various international championships that he attends.
9.6. The President can request W.P.F. Executive Committee to nominate a special Committee to deal with disciplinary matters. The Executive Committee shall decide which kind of disciplinary action must be taken.
9.7. The President shall represent W.P.F. at any meeting of sport federation that W.P.F. is associated with.
9.8. W.P.F. President must be already President of a national federation at the moment of his nomination.
9.9. His charge lasts four years, or eight in case of re-election
10. EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
10.1. The Vice President is elected by the President and must be already President of a national
federation at the moment oh his nomination.
10.2. The Vice President shall assist the President with daily running of W.P.F.
10.3. In absence of the President the Vice President shall act in his place.
10.4. The Vice President shall cooperate for the organisation of World Championship.
10.5. At international championships or meetings the Vice President shall assist The President as
required.
11. MEDICAL COMMITTEE

13. INSTRUCTORS COMMITTEE
14. TECHNICAL COMMITTEE
15. ADMINISTRATOR
15.1. The Administrator is nominated by the President.
15.2. The Administrator shall attend to the relationship with the federations affiliated with W.P.F.
15.3. He shall support the President in organising, administrative and secretarial activities.
15.4. The Administrator shall establish along with the President the Agenda of the Congress and shall send it to the various federations one month before the beginning of the Congress itself.
15.5. He has to distribute the Congress report to all affiliated federations.
15.6. He shall attend to the documentation and publications of the results of World, Continental and National Championship as well as general activities.
16. TREASURER
16.1. The Treasurer is nominated by the President.
16.2. The Treasurer must receive all payments; he shall borne all necessary expenses, attend to the accounting and send a copy of the expense to the affiliated federations.
16.3. The account of the Treasurer must be checked and approved by the Congress.
